From October 3, 2011 to Octobe 5, 2011, APTA（American Public Transportation Association）EXPO 2011, once every three years, held in New Orleans, USA. With 808 exhibiting companies from different sides of the public transportation sphere and media organisations, APTA EXPO 2011 becomes the world’s largest public transportation exhibition, showcasing the latest in public transit trends and technologies. Only few of companies from China participated in this exhibition.

Yaxing and Canadian partners set up a booth (see picture below), showing Yaxing JS6840GHP- Vicinity bus. JS6840GHP is just the model in line with the market demand of North America. The uniqueness lies in its adaptability to all types of road conditions in North America, such as residential area, highway, ordinary highway or suburb highway. The fuel consumption is almost half less than buses of 12 meters in North America, and the maintenance cost is far below the levels of 12 meters buses in North America.....

During the show, almost all the bus operators of Canada visited Yaxing’s stand, showing their keen interest in JS6840GHP, hoping to put it into operation in Canada as quickly as possible.

New energy vehicle is a major concern for most clients in this exhibition. During the exhibition, Super-capacitor of Yaxing attracted the attention of many visitors. After learning that Yaxing product can travel 20 km after one charge in the near future, many customers were very excited. Some of them discussed with Yaxing exhibitors at once about the cooperation, product certification and marketing issues in the United States.

Yaxing successfully promoted JS6840GHP bus to the market of North American, making a good impression on the customers. During the exhibition, exhibitors of Yaxing had effective communications and discussions with some of the bus manufacturers of North American to promote understanding and exchange of technical views with each other. At the same time, exhibitors of Yaxing built relationships with many parts suppliers, laying a foundation for further moving into market of North American.
